London Football League 7-a-side Maida Vale 2010-11
Summer League Start: 12th July 2010
Winter League Start: 18th October 2010
Spring League Start: 15th February 2011
Match Duration: 45 minutes, 22 minutes each half.
Match Days: Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays.
Size: Two divisions, 16 teams. 8 teams in each division (promotion & relegation).
Bank Holidays: No matches during bank holidays.
Christmas/New Year: No matches between mid-December and mid-January.
Format: Teams play each other twice during the season.
Season: Teams will play one match every week for 14 consecutive weeks.
Players: Teams can use up to 10 players for each match (rolling subs).
Kick-offs & Pitches, March to August:
7.30pm & 8.15pm on Artificial (3G) grass pitches.
Kick-offs & Pitches, September to February:
Most matches at 6pm & 6.45pm.
Some matches at 7.30pm & 8.15pm
Most matches on Astroturf and some matches on
Referees: Qualified FA Referees officiate in all League matches.
Cost: £75.00 per team per match PLUS £150.00 refundable deposit (upon finishing the League).
Fee Includes: Pitch hire, referee fees, administration & trophies.
Pitches: Two Artificial grass (3G) and two Astroturf.
Places are limited to just 16 teams, so it will be strictly first-come, first-served!
